Can't touch switches with wet hands??

Basically, all water conduct electricity as they have some ionic content (H+ and OH- ions). Sweaty hands contain salt, which has free electrons and ions, thus, sweaty hands conduct electricity better than wet hands, as in literally wet as one had just washed his/her hands.

This answers our question above. Touching switches with wet hands will lead to electric shocks.
